Senior SAP DeveloperPermanent£75-£80k + benefitsThis role can be based anywhere in the UK with occasional travel.A leading FTSE 250 Services are seeking to recruit a Senior SAP Developer.Responsible for assisting with specific system design and development activities relating to general SAP development.
Day-to-day, you’ll provide specialist level development, configuration and functional support for the SAP development solutions to agreed SLAs.
- Deliver specific SAP solutions for projects using agreed standards and governance processes
- Ensure any configurations and development work is completed and tested within agreed timescales and delivered to the standard and/or management application agreed with your line manager and change manager
- Ensure consistent application and technical documentation is updated for each task processed
- Work within the team to identify and suggest existing or new emerging standards and best practice for the service
Essential experience of the Senior SAP Developer:
- Strong SAP background in implementation and support, mainly in the ABAP, Workflow and Fiori/UX workspace
- Strong working knowledge of ABAP, WebDynPro and Workflow
- Broad knowledge of SAP functional areas particularly FI, HCM, SCM, PM, PP, PS, MM, IM, WM to ensure delivery of development tasks
- Experience working with agile and waterfall methodologies
- Development experience with OData and CDS
- Experience designing business process diagrams and data flows within relevant written documentation
Qualifications for the Senior SAP Developer:
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT Field or preferably extensive experience within the SAP Development area
