This new prestigious 5-star hotel is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for its Events and PDR
You will be creating fresh British/European Cuisine using only the finest available seasonal ingredients. You will be leading a small brigade, but additional resources will be available as required. You must have proven experience within 5-star hotels in a senior role. You must also have strong management and motivational skills and banqueting experience.
As Senior Sous Chef, you will be confident when writing menus, maintaining GPs and all other financial and admin aspects. You must have a cheerful and approachable attitude as you will be dealing directly with clients for tastings and menu planning. All food is freshly prepared on site to at least a 2 AA Rosette standard. A competitive salary package of £70,000 per annum is available for the right Senior Sous Chef.
