Sonic Summary

We are currently seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a 2** Michelin star restaurant.
Candidates must have stable experience as a sous chef in a 2 or 3 Michelin star restaurant.
A strong knowledge of French cuisine is essential for this role.
The kitchen brigade consists of 10 members, and the position is to start as soon as possible.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, either through British nationality or UK settlement status.
