KeyResponsibilities:
- Overseedailykitchenoperations,ensuringsmoothandefficientservice.
- CollaboratewiththeHeadCheftodevelopandexecuteseasonalmenus.
- Maintainhighstandardsoffoodquality,presentation,andconsistency.
- Train,mentor,andmanagethekitchenteamtoensureoptimalperformance.
- Monitorinventoryandcontrolfoodcostswhileminimisingwaste.
- Ensurecompliancewithhealthandsafetyregulations.
Requirements:
- Provenexperienceinhigh-volumeenvironmentswithfinediningexpertise.
- Strongleadershipandorganisationalskills.
