We are looking for a charismatic and experiencedSenior Sous Chefto relocate from London to astunning British seaside restaurantin the heart ofCamber Sands, Rye.
This incredible venue has a 70 cover restaurant with a world-renowned Exec Chef at the helm and all set within a luxury boutique hotel with stunning grounds.
This role will focus on the newly opened restaurant which serves dinner only during the week and lunch at the weekends. There is a big focus on seasonal and local produce with only the finest ingredients on the menu.
There are plans to open 4-5 more sites in the next few years so huge opportunities for progression.

The Role -Senior Sous Chef
- Managing of a team of 8, reporting to Exec Chef
- Looking after the rotas, training and hiring
- Help with menu creation and control of kitchen in absence of Exec
