Role: Service Design Lead
Location: London, UK (On Site)
Rate: 900 per day (Inside IR35)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Design Lead to work with a prominent UK Intelligence client on programmes vital to national security. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the introduction and implementation of Service Design practices across key deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Design Implementation: Introduce and integrate Service Design practices across the client area deliverables, ensuring best practice is defined and assured.
- Consistency and Quality: Instil consistency and quality in Service Design across multiple teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customers and engineering teams to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your broad practical industry experience and strong reach back to drive technical excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in Service Design with broad practical industry experience.
- Best Practice Assurance: Ability to define and assure best practices in Service Design.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with both customers and engineering teams.
- On-Site Presence: Must be able to work on-site in London for a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Security Clearance: Must hold enhanced DV Clearance prior to commencing work.
