A leading financial institution is seeking a service introduction manager to create and maintain a structured, controlled approach for introducing new services.

Candidates should have:

• Experience with Release & Change Management processes
• Background in Service Management, Release, or Service Introduction Management
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
• Understanding of Project Management principles and methods
• Stakeholder Management
• ITIL qualifications
• ServiceNow knowledge and experience (desirable).
