Service Transition Manager

£65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Fully Remote

Our renowned client is looking for a Service Transition Manager. This will be a permanent position working for one of the largest IT Solution Services companies in the UK, with some exciting plans for growth in 2025. A Fully Remote role, with the occasional travel once or twice per month if necessary.

As a Service Transition Manager, you will be the sole point of contact for the end client. It is important to have excellent customer facing and client relationship skills in this role, the position would be very similar to that of a Client Relationship Manager, being the point of contact for the client and taking them through transitions. In this Service Transition Manager role, you will be expected to show strong leadership and able to work with and influence teams, stakeholders and clients.

Key things the Hiring Manager will look for in a Service Transition Manager, will be someone who has previous experience working with customers/clients and how you overcame any difficulties when rolling out transitions.

Strong documentation and an understanding of operation excellence and how you portray this could really make you stand out.

As a Service Transition Manager, you will be working across multiple IT projects with the end client, so any experience with ITIL, ServiceNow or coming from an IT Support / ServiceDesk background would also be very attractive.
