My client has a requirement for a Business Consultant with a technical background as developer for Cloud Management.
Requirement:
Design and implement a cloud management platform connected to a private cloud with ServiceNow and its CMP plugin. You will be involved in Business Consulting and have a good technical understanding of the ServiceNow Cloud Management Platform plugin, its functions and capabilities to successfully enhance the functionality requested by the customer. This implementation also reaches into other ServiceNow area's like ITSM - CMDB - ITOM Discovery for the private cloud back end. It is also desired if the candidate has experience in other Cloud systems like Terraform or similar.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and/or administration of similar cloud platforms and ServiceNow. Bachelor's degree or higher education in computer science, technology or other relevant fields.
- Good knowledge of the ITIL framework and/or experience with the implementation of ITSM processes
- ServiceNow Consulting & Development or architecture skills on the ServiceNow platform and its product lines including but not limited to any of the following: CMP, ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, ITAM,
Desired qualifications
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap or other technologies used in ServiceNow
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
- Agile or scrum methodology; GenAI
- Any ServiceNow certification
- ITIL knowledge and/or certification
- A systems engineering or developer background with the ability to learn quickly and share your knowledge with the broader team
- Good stakeholder management skills and able to translate requirements into stories if needed.
