We're looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join an Industry leading organisation that are currently going through a period of growth due to continued success!

This global corporation used innovation to dominate their market and make a real difference to the industry, particularly around sustainability.

Currently going through a large digital transformation, they're currently going through a large digital transformation and are at the beginning of their journey to implement a new ServiceNow Platform.

You'll be joining at a critical part of this journey to actually get involved with the designs, having a massive impact on this business critical system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your ServiceNow expertise to tailor this platform to the organisations complex needs
  • Work alongside a key Product Manager at a strategic level with a focus on creating that ServiceNow roadmap
  • Ensure the continual service improvement backlog is constantly updated, keeping on top of priorities
  • Ensure that there is a standardised and reliable process in place for your team to follow
  • Develop technical Integrations and automations within the modules : ITOM, ITSM, CSM
  • Continuously look for areas of improvement around the platform, educating the organisation as you go.
