Sonic Summary

We are seeking a passionate Shift Engineer to join our Engineering Team on a temp to permanent basis, with an immediate start.
The role requires candidates to have at least 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance and engineering.
Key responsibilities include day-to-day maintenance, detailed routine maintenance of hotel plant and equipment, and installations or project work.
The position involves working 40 hours per week on a shift rota, with weekly pay.

As aShift Engineer, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

To carry out any day-to-day maintenance as required, including work issued from the Engineering Department,

To carry out all detailed routine maintenance (as issued) to the Hotel plant and equipment.

To carry out any installations or project work within the Hotel that the department takes on in house.

To take ownership in keeping all working areas safe and tidy in order to create a safe working environment. To leave all guest areas clean and tidy on completion of task.

Be willing to pass on information and skills to other members of the department. Proactively assist all working colleagues when the occasion arises.

You will be required to work40 hoursper week, on a shift rota.
