Requirements:

Mechanical or Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below -

  • NVQ Electrical Level 2/3 Electrical Installations or Mechanical or Plumbing
  • City & Guilds level 2/3 Electrical Installations or Mechanical or Plumbing
  • 18th Edition - if electrical biased
  • 2391 - desired

A well-established maintenance provider who are currently recruiting for a Shift Engineer working on a Landmark Building near Fenchurch Street, City of London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Shift Engineer to their team.


  • Responsibilities:
  • You will be part of an Engineering team.
  • PPM's & reactive maintenance.
  • Manging ppm's, logbooks, and compliance.
  • You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Lighting, AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, etc.

Candidate requirements:

  • The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
  • The ideal candidate would have experience working on Healthcare Contracts
  • Strong building services background
