We are recruiting a Showroom Coordinator on behalf of our client.

For this role, ideally you will have experience in the textile and fashion industry (although not essential, it will be an advantage) as well as a marketing and fashion qualification.

You as the Showroom Coordinator, will be an integral team player who contributes to the dynamic environment and is responsible for supporting the execution of the London Showroom strategies.

Your responsibilities will include-

  • Student and customer-related marketing and sales activities
  • Advising best solutions available to showroom customers & students with a very good knowledge of the companies items
  • Working with the other showroom team members within school/ Operating companies / Global Marketing Group projects
  • Assisting event/fair/display organisation and promotion
  • Marketing and sales of the companies items to showroom customers
  • Assisting with miscellaneous admin tasks.
  • Internal reporting

Person Specification:

  • While experience in the textile and fashion industry is a plus, it’s not essential
  • A marketing and fashion qualification would be an advantage, but is not a must
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Office Suite including, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must be very organised with the ability to multitask and balance departmental needs through communication and organisational skills
  • Good strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident communication with a proactive approach and strong problemsolving attitude
  • Creative thinker with a strong willingness to learn, attention to detail and accuracy skill

This role is expected to start in December 2024

Due to the nature of this role, it is 5 days in the showroom
