JOB DESCRIPTION

SIMS manager to work in an outstanding all-girls school in central London, working closely with the Office Manager and the admin team you will be providing support across a range of areas in school. A large proportion of your role will include daily use of SIMS and you should have a very good working knowledge the SIMS system. The school are keen to look over SIMS manager CVs ASAP and meet SIMS manager's over the next couple of weeks.

SCHOOL INFORMATION

This is an outstanding all-girls school based in the heart of London. The school has an academic history of excellence in addition to state of the art facilities. This over-subscribed school has four applicants for ever space available and boasts a brilliant reputation within the local community. All in all this is an excellent school to work within both in terms of students and staff members.

The school was judged to be 'outstanding' by OFSTED in October 2022. They are proud of their ethos of continual self-improvement, which characterises every aspect of our rich and culturally diverse school. In 2012 the school was named amongst the top 100 non-selective schools, in recognition of excellent attainment and progress of their students at KS4. Pupil behaviour is excellent and the incredible SLT team are approachable and supportive.

SIMS manager qualities

  • Pupil data management via SIMS.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to plan, organise, manage and evaluate data
  • Knowledge of parent pay (desirable)
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and all stakeholders
  • Keep a log of staff absences and monitor days of high staff absence that will require cover
  • Prepare and submit data for Census returns to the Department for Education

This role is to provide additional support to the current administration and school office team. The school are looking for a SIMS manager with previous experience and is available immediately on a full-time basis
