Solution Operations Support City of London£26,000 THE COMPANY: Our client is a Legal Technology firm who are seeking a Solution Operations Support to join on a permanent basis.THE ROLE:

Hands-on disputes technology support including the management of electronic documentation
Liaising with solicitors and barristers, advising and assisting with technical queries
Managing the team inbox
Processing exports and printing requests

THE PERSON:

Experience working in a professional, client-facing support role, ideally within the legal technology industry
Interest in technology, processes and systems
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Proactive and engaging with strong communication skills
