I am looking to recruit a full time Sous Chef for a new opening in Central London.
The business is high quality and high-volume operation and serving homemade luxury Italian Pasta dishes.
The restaurant group includes 3 more restaurants and all of them based in Central London.
The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience in a similar role, good management skills and able to support and cover for the Head Chef.
The Sous Chef will be working in a team comprising 14/15 Chefs, the hours of work are around 45/48 per week and over 5 days, immediate start if in need.
The basic annual salary is up to £42,000 per year and negotiable depending on experience.
