The school is Ofsted rated "outstanding" and is a specialist school for autistic children and young people. The school caters to young people from 4 to 22 years old.

The school fosters a creative approach and has a performing arts specialism, helping autistic children to learn and develop.

As a special needs teacher, you will:

  • Have QTS
  • Have experience as a special needs teacher
  • Proven knowledge of the curriculum and the impact on pupils with autism
  • Ability to lead and drive forward the coordination of designated areas of the curriculum across the school
  • Be resilient, caring and sensitive towards the needs of autistic children.
