Your role involves skillful preparation of complex Indian cuisine dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of our establishent and menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role. You will also be involved in training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff

- Employer :Reputed Caribbeanthemed restaurant group
- Location:London
- Gross Salary package : circa£34,000 +(incl.share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
- Weekly working hours / days48 hours /5 days
- Benefits & Entitlements:28 days paid holiday(pro rata) incentives, employers workplace pension, meals on duty etc and more

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
- Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Caribbean dishes & Specialties
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measure & formulation
- Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
