Base salary up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission

Are you a driven Sponsorship Sales professional looking for your next challenge in the B2B events industry? This is an exciting opportunity to join a global platform that connects and empowers tens of thousands of professionals through high-profile events, content, and awards programs. As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll play a key role in driving revenue through sponsorship and membership sales. This role offers flexibility to be office-based or fully remote (UK-based).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sell sponsorship and membership packages for international B2B events and a growing membership program.
  • Manage multiple sales projects confidently, ensuring timely delivery of sponsorship agreements and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop tailored commercial solutions, working closely with internal teams to align with client needs and industry trends.
  • Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing deals - while consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, monitoring competitor activity and market opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the client, providing insights to refine event offerings and enhance customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in B2B event sponsorship sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Confidence in selling to C-suite leaders and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy - comfortable using CRM systems, Outlook, and other sales tools.
  • A proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset.
