From exhibitions, conferences and awards to magazines, directories, print, data and digital publishing, THEY strive to find innovative ways to connect businesses and professionals while providing insightful news, analysis and comment.
With a new and innovative B2B magazine just recently launched dedicated to executive-level management in the healthcare sector. Their goal is to provide industry leaders with the latest news, insights and analysis to drive excellence in healthcare management. They are seeking a motivated and experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join the team and help them build strong partnerships with industry stakeholders.
THE ROLE
Develop and implement strategic sales plan to attract and secure display advertising in the magazine and website.
Research and identify potential sponsors within the healthcare management sector and related industries.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Work closely with the editorial team to create compelling commercial packages that offer value to sponsors.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
THE CANDIDATE
Excellent track record of sales success.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Understanding of the healthcare sector is a plus.
