Key Responsibilities:

Support students aged 5-11 displaying challenging behaviour, helping them engage positively with school life.
Use your sports and coaching background to provide structure and motivation, encouraging teamwork and discipline.
Assist teachers in managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a focused and productive learning environment.
Work closely with the pastoral and learning support teams to develop tailored behaviour strategies for individual students.
Act as a positive role model, offering guidance and building trust with students in need of additional support.

What We’re Looking For:

A Sports Graduate with experience in coaching or working with children, particularly those who display challenging behaviour.
A bachelor’s degree from a top 50 UK University
Confidence in managing behaviour and motivating young boys, with a genuine passion for being a role model.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with staff and independently support students.
Experience in a school setting or with child-centred activities is essential.

Location: Hackney

Start Date: Immediate start, with the position running until July 2025.
