A private club based near London Bridge is looking for a Staff Canteen Junior Sous Chef
The Junior Sous Chef will be working only with the freshest and locally sourced produce and for the companys Directors and Staff.
The Junior Sous Chef will work with a team including 7/8 Chefs, 2xKPs plus Temps when required.
The salary for the Junior Sous Chef is £38,000 per year and for 40 hour per week
Monday to Friday role
The Junior Sous Chefs working hours are: 6.30am to 2.30pm. Most Fridays, early finish at 12noon/1.00pm
Note that you will be contracted to work 50 nights per year and every 3 nights worked you will have 1 day off on top of your Saturday and Sunday.
