- Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats and Blocks - Good Rates (can be discussed via phone call).
- Over 2500 properties to be surveyed.
- Properties located in/around Hackney.
- Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks, Calling Cards ,Large Property lists provided, with ID Badges and Letter of Authority for odd door knocking properties.
- Booked appointments
- Equipment and software proficiency - ability to use specialised tools and software for data collection.
- Full training provided.
- Using tablets to record the condition of social housing properties, remaining lifespan of components such as kitchens and bathrooms will be recorded along with the condition of the properties' exterior.
