My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented Strategic Resourcing Lead on a Contract basis.

The role will be to lead, deliver and embed resourcing programmes, and to lead, manage and develop the resourcing team.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • Provide creative, inclusive and innovative approaches that address under-representation, meet our aspiration to be an exemplar, inclusive employer.
  • Provide complex HR advice, guidance and analysis, specifically around resourcing, including equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring best practice and legislative compliance.
  • Lead, manage, inspire and develop the resourcing teams providing expert level resourcing, recruitment and specialist support.
  • Lead and manage recruitment for executive-level roles, and oversee the approach for heads of service and specialist/hard to fill roles for the Council.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in HR people management practices.
  • Impeccable stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Extensive experience in Strategic Resourcing programmes and operational leadership.
  • Local Authority experience is essential.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £450+ per day, inside IR35
