My London based, well established FTSE 100 Client is urgently recruiting for a Strategy & Transformation Director to work 2/3 days a week on their London site.My Client has a centralised Transformation & Technology Team and they are looking for a Director of Strategy & Transformation to work with the Head of Transformation to drive my Clients Transformation Progamme, ensuring and supporting value delivery.

This is a fast paced environment working with initiative owners and supporting Transformation Programme governance, ensuring the smooth running of the Transformation programme by supporting programme setup and management activities as required.

The role will be very Strategy and Transformation focused focusing on strategic narrative development, governance document preparation, business plan creation and value tracking.

Responsible for driving reporting on estimated value and value capture of Transformation initiatives, including design and analysing surveys and a consistent approach, whilst maintaining the Transformation communications planner and driving communications activity.

We are looking for a collaborative team-player with a can-do attitude, capable and keen to learn new subjects, to work flexibly within a small team and to take on responsibilities outside of core areas and experience.
