To uphold the environmental standards set nationally or locally and to contribute to the task of keeping the Borough clean as part of the Street Cleansing Team.
To operate a 7.5T vehicle in compliance with laws and legislation.
Duties include but not limited to: sweep footpaths and channels, empty litter bins, remove other rubbish / detritus as required whilst working either as a lone worker or part of a mobile team.
Any other rubbish can include fly tipping, bin lifts, road kill, and any other reports of bulk littering. You will be required to work as and where the service requires.
