Job Title: Surveyor / Estimator for Property Maintenance Company

Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 per annum depending on experience

Rosco and Perlini is a multi-award-winning property maintenance company with a reputation for excellence. We have long-standing relationships with our clients and our business is growing substantially.
About the Role:
We are looking to hire a bright, confident and friendly surveyor/estimator to join our growing team. Our company director runs a team of 8 tradespeople but we are currently recruiting several trades and decorators and will require assistance. The role involves surveying properties and producing accurate reports and quotations. Occasional site visits to inspect our team's work will be required to ensure quality control.
Work location:
Site visits are mostly based all over London.
We expect only half your time would be carrying out investigations. The other half will be producing reports and estimates. These can be produced at a location of your choosing.
The Candidate:
About you:
- Have a deep understanding of various building issues, construction types and methods of repair
- Produce detailed reports detailing the issues affecting the properties in a clear, concise manner
- Produce solutions to remedy the issues
- Produce estimates relating to the remedial works identified (training can be provided)
- Computer/technology literate
Qualifications:
Qualifications relating to building surveying are a must with a basic knowledge of estimating.
As long as the candidate has a basic knowledge of estimating we can assist with further training.
