The Opportunity
As a trader with us, you will providing market making and trading services using systematic and algorithmic trading under expert guidance. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to advanced technology, you will develop valuable skills and contribute to trading strategies across diverse asset classes.

Desired Skills
- Skills and experience in Trading, preferably in Crypto although experience of trading other asset classes will also be highly valued.
- Deep understanding of Defi products, how they work and their application
- Experience working for a hedge/quant fund, systematic market maker or Crypto focused company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Understanding of risk management principles and the ability to assess and mitigate potential risks.
- Experience with Python
