- Day to day responsibility for recruitment processes from job briefings, sourcing, interviewing, and gaining feedback, updating the ATS as required.
- Responsible for a smooth candidate journey throughout the process.
- Manage the offer process, including drafting and extending offers, negotiating terms and initiated background checks.
- Work alongside the HR team on championing a positive company culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Support with projects around internal communication, and other employee programmes.
- 2-4 years’ experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
- Evidenced experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and performing under time pressures
- Confident communication style to build rapport with line managers and the wider HR team
- A genuine team player who is looking to work in a lean but hugely personable and collaborative team
