Due too a planned busy period of recruitment, they have identified a need for a junior but enthusiastic TA Coordinator or Recruitment Coordinator to come in and assist the Head of Talent during the busy working day.

When there are no interviews to be scheduled or candidates to call, this person will also get involved with general (but junior) HR Administrative duties working for the HR Business Partner.

The Role

  • Schedule Interviews
  • Create Job Postings
  • Coordinate Campus Recruitment
  • Conduct Phone Screenings

HR Admin

  • Assist with the HR inbox
  • Assist the HR BP with HR Administrative duties
  • Assist with onboarding
  • Keep the HR Information system up to date

The Candidate

  • Must have at least 2 years relevant experience in one or more of the following sub sectors of Financial Services:
  • Private Equity (or some other Private Markets such as Private Credit or Debt)
  • Hedge Funds
  • Investment Management
  • Asset Management
  • Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proven experience interacting with all levels of seniority
  • Initiative and an ability to multi-task
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent MS Office

The role is due to start in January.

It is based in the West End although 2 days a week can be working from home.
