Hybrid working model: minimum 3 days a week in the office

Highly successful, mid-sized consultancy are now looking for a team Administrator to join them and support their busy team. The role is based at their beautiful offices in the city of London, with a hybrid working model.

The role involves:

  • Booking and organising meetings/diaries
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Editing, checking and formatting documents and presentations
  • Typing up documents - with speed and accuracy
  • Organising team training - coordinating dates, booking venues
  • Updating/keeping track of attendance reports
  • Organising and tracking training for new starters
  • Booking induction for new starters
  • Assist with the organisation of client events
  • Updating reports using Excel and their database as required
  • Adhoc administrative duties

Skills/attributes required:

  • Intermediate skills across Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Able to problem solve and work on your own initiative
  • Confident communicator and able to build relationships with people across all levels and backgrounds
  • Typing - speed and accuracy
  • Highly organised and process driven
  • Personable, confident, positive
