Are you an experienced Team Manager within Adult Services looking for a new opportunity? Randstad, alongside Haringey Council are looking for one to join an Assessment & Safeguarding Team.

Pay: £43 per hour

Some key responsibilities:

  • To manage a team of social workers, social care staff within the Adults Service particularly safeguarding.
  • To be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of assessment, care management and reviews to the specified adult user group and their carer's.
  • Responsible for the effective implementation of the Council's Safeguarding Adults policy and procedures and ensuring Section Act Section 42 Enquiries are conducted effectively.
  • To ensure services are delivered that are consistent with equal opportunities and are Care Act compliant and ensure residents, service users and carer's are safeguarded.
  • To manage budgetary responsibilities regarding staffing, operations, and care purchasing.
