Team PA – FTCWest End£40,000Our client is a Luxury Property company looking for a proactive and efficient PA to support the Senior Management team with all aspects of admin support. The client offers stunning office based in the heart of the West End.THE ROLE:
  • Inbox management for Senior Management team
  • Extensive diary management, making sure they arrive to meetings on time and are well-prepared (pro-actively collating materials for meetings)
  • Arranging and setting up internal/external meetings, room bookings, conference calls & video conference across multiple time zones
  • Competently liaising with clients, contractors, agents, landlords and other internal departments
  • Ever changing travel organisation including itineraries
  • Creating presentation slides (PowerPoint), formatting documents (Word); creating spreadsheets (Excel)
THE PERSON:
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to efficiently multitask;
  • Enthusiastic, dependable and willing team player.
  • Maturity and professionalism to deal with incoming client calls;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook;
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills;
