- Diary management and meeting organisation for Heads of Functions.
- Booking travel, hotels, and arranging visas.
- Coordinating and organising external events.
- Meeting and greeting guests in a professional, friendly manner.
- Managing meeting room coordination, including catering and setup.
- Monitoring and replenishing office stock and managing the visitor log with building reception.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding of staff.
- Tracking social media and website content with guidance from our marketing firm.
- Processing invoices and expenses.
- Procuring branded merchandise and maintaining office areas and IT equipment.
- Providing cover and support for the EA to the CEO & CFO when required.
