Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Technical FM Operative to work for a business with many years of extensive experience, my client has been founded by four industry professionals brought together by a common goal; to provide their clients with a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their needs and to deliver that service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards.
This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.
As a FM Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
You will also be responsible for dealing with the helpdesk duties and responding to clients & sub-contractors via the helpdesk app.
Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
General building services duties.
Daily office space checks
Operation of the client system
Liasing with the client on fabric issues
Minor handyperson/fabric items
The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge and computer literate.
