THE COMPANY

Our Client is a leading global filmed entertainment studio and is a major producer and distributor of motion pictures, home entertainment, family entertainment, television programming, video-on-demand and digitally delivered content.

This is a 6 month FTC.

 

THE ROLE

As a Technical Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the processing, management and delivery of various assets to support the distribution of the Studio’s content.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Content Operations Director to process and service multi-territory/language VOD platforms.
  • Handle the delivery of all relevant assets for Digital titles and Home Entertainment, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Manage feature QC for Digital titles and Home Ent and check the results against content and by liaising with producers.
  • Provide technical support for events including premieres, test screenings and rehearsals, serving as a point-of-contact for all technical queries.
  • Oversee purchase order and invoice management in SAP and track all costs for certification / testing/ authoring etc.
  • Handle IFCO and BBFC submissions for Home Ent and Digital titles as well as providing support for theatrical submissions too.
  • Provide general administration and support for the wider Technical Operations division.

 

THE PERSON

To be successful in this role you will need to have very strong organisational skills, great attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, video formats and editing software. A strong understanding of digital asset management would be highly beneficial.
