Job Title: Telecare Officer - Nights

Rate: 18.33-22.00

Location: Stratford

Hours: Nights 9pm - 7am (rota over 7 days) 4-day week (fully on-site)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide a high-quality 24/7 alarm monitoring and response service in Newham and surrounding boroughs.
  • Handle calls promptly, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in emergencies.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, offering reassurance and checking on equipment functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to support client needs.
  • Document call details meticulously, ensuring adherence to council data policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess situations and initiate appropriate emergency procedures.
  • Proactively test equipment and assist with programming and installations.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and lifestyle monitoring alerts.
  • Ensure efficient management of telecare equipment and stock.
