Role:

We are looking for three motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. This role

begins with a 90-day probationary period, during which compensation is performance-based. Upon successfully

completing the probationary period and consistently meeting targets for 3 months, the right candidate will be offered

a salary plus commission. In this position, you will promote and sell our courses and products to individuals and

businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong telesales background, an exceptional communication, and

negotiation skills. This role combines inside sales with remote office-based duties, requiring excellent organization and

a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

Contact a minimum of 80-100 working professionals or prospective students daily, selling our training courses.

Identify prospects by assessing their needs based on areas of interest and generating a pool of potential leads.

Provide detailed information about our programs through phone or video counseling, while building a strong pipeline of prospects.

Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

Ensure a positive experience for every potential client and customer with our company.

Complete call sheets and other administrative tasks at the end of each day.

Must-Have:

Strong negotiation skills.

Experience with CRM systems and Excel is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Candidate must have their own laptop and mobile phone.

Fluency in English and other European languages.

Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales experience.
