With our Client we are looking to appoint a hands on / pro active Telesales Exec.

Our Clients offices are based South London - close to Bus and Tube Links. The Telesales Exec role is for a character who is passionate about Client Account Management and is someone who has a passion for Food and Dining in Resturants!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE TELESALES EXEC ROLE;

  • Basic Salary of c £27,788
  • Monthly Commission of c £500
  • 37.5 hours a Week
  • 25 days hols PLUS Bank Hols
  • Staff Discounts and Incentives across Retail / Leisure and Health

THE ROLE OF THE TELESALES EXEC;

The main focus of this role is the Sales Account Management of c 300 London based Customers.

You need to have a passion for Food and for Dining out - so that you can work to build and maintain long lasting Client / Customer relationships based on Food!!

You will be self starter who can plan and deliver their own workload and KPI’s. You will daily work across the Telephone and Email to include;

  • Sales Generation to existing and lapsed Customers
  • Build and maintain long lasting Customer Relationships
  • Order Management to timescales
  • Query Management and Resolution
  • Work as part of a Team and also on your own Key Accounts
