Our Client

Our client is a leading company specialising in the design and construction of office interiors. Their mission is to transform workspaces into dynamic environments that enhance productivity and employee well-being. They work with businesses of all sizes to create customised office solutions that reflect their unique culture and brand identity.

They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their established sales team.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with new people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Use both internal databases and external information to proactively identify and contact potential clients in the market for office interior solutions.
  • Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services, identify their needs, and qualify them as potential leads.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover of information.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to nurture communication.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients, including contact details, call notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on the effectiveness of campaigns and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related role, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience or knowledge in office interiors or construction industry would be a strong plus, but is not a necessity.

Terms

  • The role is offered on a part-time basis seeking 2- 3 days per week (or equivalent).
  • A salary of £30-£34k fte is on offer depending on experience.
  • Performance related bonuses are on offer.
  • The role will initially be office based in South East London (nearest station London Bridge) with an opportunity to move to hybrid in the future.
