ASSISTANT PRODUCT MERCHANDISER - super lux fashion. Temp 3 months +. Flexi remote, London.
You will be responsible for maximising & maintaining product exposure on our clients high profile Lux brand website. Reporting to the Product Merchandiser, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring all products are accurately represented, stylishly merchandised, and smartly promoted.
Responsibilities:
- Update, maintain, and merchandise edited lists of products for our permanent occasion, trend sections, and weekly marketing activity
- Work with Merchandising, Marketing & Editorial departments to help manage product exposure and ensure the website looks visually strong at all times to maximise sales
- Assist with the set-up and running of promotions, private sales, special events, and clearance sales
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on the performance of shopping categories and navigation, driving through improvements, gathering insights, and making recommendations
- Responsible for ensuring all newly uploaded products are satisfactorily represented on both the International and US websites
- Supporting marketing activity and product selection for secondary markets, seasonal targeting, and both onsite and offsite marketing activities
- Identify ways to maximise sales through website merchandising and sales tools, both in our frontend and backend systems
- Update and monitor the performance of product page and shopping bag recommendation tools
- Pull and analyse web analytics data from Google Analytics and ContentSquare, identifying insights and actions from the reports
- Report on the KPIs to monitor the performance of website merchandising activity and inform future activity
- Monitor the website daily across multiple devices, facilitating the quick and efficient resolution of any errors
- Maintain records and filing of website merchandising activities
- Maintain and develop excellent relationships with other teams within the business
Essential Skills:
- Visual merchandising/styling experience
- Genuine interest in luxury fashion and trends, sense of personal style
- Proficient analytics skills, ideally gained in a merchandising environment
- Strong understanding of digital environments including website & usability
- Proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the offering
- Proficient in MS Word and experience of Excel
- Excellent work ethos and good timekeeping
- Ability to work well as part of a team under pressure
To be considered:
- Fashion brand experience is essential.
- Flexi remote in London 3 days onsite with 2 remote.
- Start ASAP for 3 months with an option to extend.
- 6 to 12 months min experience in a similar role.
- Pay 130-150 per day via Umbrella.
