This is a temporary receptionist role in a professional services company with the potential to go permanent. The company is based in the West End of London.
Pay Rate: £15p/h
Hours: 08:00-17:00
You will be required to:
- Manage a constant switchboard and answer calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Maintain the scheduling for meeting rooms and meeting and greeting guests and clients.
- Deal with email inbox management and diary management.
- Organise events and manage any queries that may be associated.
The ideal person will be:
- Confident and assertive.
- Proactive and a quick-learner.
- Strong communication skills and can thrive under pressure.
- Ideally have a degree-level education.
