- Supporting the CFO and General Counsel, and greater teams with administration work for the legal and finance teams
- Managing diaries and team calendars
- document control
- Attending weekly finance meetings
- Distributing reports and committee papers
- Creating POs
- Supporting with process improvement
- Ideally you will looking for part-time roles only and be immediately available or on short notice
- Ideally you will have 4+ years experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity
- Ideally you will have experience supporting at board level
- Previous experience with SAP would be beneficial, but not essential
- You will enjoy working in a fast paced and start-up feel organisation
