Temporary Marketing Telesales/ Database Administrator

Duration: starting ASAP - 3 months (September - end November 2024)

Salary: £13 - 14.50 per hour

Job type: Full-time, office-based - Wimbledon

About the Role: This is a fast-paced and dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation and event marketing.

Lead Generation (70%)

Drive Registrations: Conduct high-volume outbound calls (70 - 80 calls/day) to qualified manufacturers identified by the Marketing team or located through research on data platforms (Lusha, Apollo).

Targeted Outreach: Engage with target manufacturing executives via phone calls, direct emails, and LinkedIn outreach to promote Events

Data-Driven Approach: Track and report on the call performance daily using HubSpot to report to the Senior Marketing Manager based on agreed metrics.

Marketing Support (30%)

Data Management: Clean and organise data for marketing communications (SMS, email) using MS O ice or HubSpot (training provided).

Content Update: Assist in creating/updating marketing graphics and event and sponsorship documents following instructions provided by the Marketing team

Main Requirement:

Basic experience in telesales, selling conference tickets, or similar B2B lead generation activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in event management or marketing a plus.
