A well-established IP group is seeking a Junior Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (NQ - 2 Years PQE), to join their clients dynamic and growing team.   • Advise on registrability and cost-effective filing strategies
  • Draft trade mark specifications
  • Conduct high-level and comprehensive trade mark searches
  • Coordinate the filing and prosecution of trade mark and design applications globally
  • Review and report on watch notices
  • Handle objections and oppositions, preparing draft reports
  • Prepare evidence and legal submissions for registrations, oppositions, cancellation actions, and disputes
  • Draft and review co-existence agreements and other contracts
  • Instruct and coordinate with overseas attorneys
  • Manage assignment and recordal projects
  • Assist with trade mark audits and billing matters
  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships
  • Demonstrate a passion for trade mark law
Ideal Candidate Experience:
  • NQ - 2 Years Experience
  • Must be qualified Trade Mark Attorney
  • Systematic and organized work habits
  • Strong client care skills
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with the WebTMS database
