Hyde is looking to recruit a Trade Supervisor.

As a Trade Supervisor at Hyde you will be working within Responsive Repairs to ensure a customer focused approach and a right first time repairs service is met within your team. This role will be managing properties across North and Northwest London postcodes, the main office will be based in Peckham.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the team to ensure that key performance indicators, such as Customer Satisfaction, RTF and repairs priorities, are achieved and that works orders are closed down within agreed timescales.
  • Manage trades operatives to ensure right first-time completion of jobs and that all health and safety is complied with, to safeguard our staff and the public.
  • Ensure that works allocation is monitored to ensure full use of time is achieved.
  • Monitor budgets ensuring repair jobs are correctly raised and allocated to the correct budget codes to ensure correct capitalisation of works.
  • Build effective stakeholder relations and attend meetings with service providers and residents and internal stakeholders as and when required.
  • You may be required to cover both London Bridge and Peckham office occasionally.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience managing a team is a must with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Experience working within social housing is desirable
  • A background working within a trade is desirable
