 A leading Intellectual Property firm is seeking a Trainee Formalities Administrator to join its London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to build a career within the IP sector, working alongside experienced professionals in a highly regarded firm.

The Role

You  will receive comprehensive training from senior members of the formalities team, gaining exposure to a wide range of administrative and formalities tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and managing team inboxes and internal reminders
  • Liaising with clients, attorneys and internal teams
  • Preparing & filing documents with patent and trade mark offices
  • Processing new case orders and managing official communications
  • Assisting with trade mark, patent and design renewals
  • Supporting various teams within the formalities department as required

About You:

The firm is looking for a proactive and organised individual who is eager to develop their skills within IP formalities. Key requirements include:

  • At least 18 months of experience in a professional services firm
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
