The client is seeking experienced Transition Managers to join their rapidly growing bulk annuity team.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transition management.
The role involves working closely with origination and being deal-facing from the quoting stage to deal execution.
Successful candidates will need to build strong relationships across various business areas and be adaptable to different tasks.
The salary for this position is competitive, reflecting the candidate's experience and the industry's growth.

After the successful growth of their bulk annuity team this year the client are looking for experienced Transition managers to join the industry's fastest growing and most exciting provider. Working closely with origination you'll be deal facing and involved from the early stages of quoting for new business then talking ownership as the deals keep being signed and new clients coming on board. Your relationship with all other areas of the business with be key so we're looking for confident and outgoing individuals that can adapt to the environment and role their sleeves up to get on with anything set in front of them.
