Travel Sales Consultant - Luxury Rail Holidays
Base Salary 25,000 OTE 60,000 +
Fully remote within the UK
Our client is a fast-growing travel startup who are now entering their third year of operation.
Due to significant growth, they are now recruiting for Travel Sales Consultant to join the team selling a niche product in the form of luxury rail-based holidays within Europe.
This is an outbound sales-based role working on hot qualified leads to convert into sales and building a repeat client base.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have extensive travel sales experience with a proactive sales nature.
This role is offered on a fully remote basis within the UK.
Travel Sales Consultant Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively contacting potential clients, the company provide a strong flow of fresh leads daily,(approximately 375 hot leads per consultant per month) which you will be making calls to on a daily basis.
Understanding clients' travel needs and designing custom rail holiday itineraries.
Converting leads into bookings through effective sales techniques.
Providing outstanding customer service throughout the booking process and beyond.
TravelSales Consultant Experience Required
Previous targeted sales experience within the travel industry
Ideally some experience of selling holidays to Switzerland or Italy or rail holidays would also be beneficial but not essential.
A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
A proactive sales mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Sales focused and the ability to close and convert sales leads.
