I am recruiting for a brilliant Travel Sales Consultant role for a highly established company that has received 5* rating on Trustpilot! They currently offering the chance for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join an outgoing and hungry team!

The role:
You will be office-based in London communicating by phone or email, engaging with new and our loyal repeat clients, establishing their requirements, and assisting them through every step of their journey.

This is a full-time role. You will be required to work 5 days per (4 days Monday - Friday & 1 day on the Weekend)
* Establishing the client's wants and needs and maximising the potential in every trip
* Adapting to Corporate and Leisure clients and converting all calls into sales
* Staying abreast of everything new in travel, from hotels and airline routes to all travel guidelines
* Designing bespoke luxury holidays and creating the best experience for our clients
* Organising complex trips and delivering exemplary service for our esteemed Corporate clients
* Providing excellent customer service to all clients whether new or existing
* Using the GDS and all tools provided to create perfect tailor-made trips
